Warranty
Bendalite is committed to our customers’ satisfaction. We stand by the quality of all of our merchandise. Products found to be defective will be replaced, and shipping costs will be reimbursed promptly.
Returns
Merchandise may be returned to Bendalite freight prepaid. Products must be in saleable condition and not in broken packages, and a 25% restocking charge will be assessed on returned items. All products to be returned must be shipped to:

A returned merchandise authorization must accompany all items sent to Bendalite, regardless of the reason for the return. Please send an e-mail to cs@bendalite.com and tell us the items you are returning as well as the reason for return (damaged, defective, other reasons we may not be able to think of ahead of time). Shipping Damage
If product is damaged in shipment, please contact us immediately via e-mail (or call us at 800-448-2014, using the same cs@bendalite.com e-mail address. We’ll send a UPS a call tag, and ship new merchandise as quickly as possible.
